How To Order

There are three ways to order from Wingtales.com:

1. You can use our handy and secure online shopping cart system.
   
   
2. You can use our off-line order form which allows you to order by phone, postal mail, or fax.
   
   
3. Or you can send payments through PayPal.

ORDERING:

• We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express cards, money orders, personal checks and transactions via PayPal.
  
  
• Orders paid by check are only shipped when the payment has cleared the financial institution.
  
  
• We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

PRICING:

DISCOUNT ORDERS:
Orders for four or more prints will be entitled to receive a 20% discount (before state taxes and shipping costs).

SHIPPING:
All items are shipped within seven days after receiving your order and after payment has cleared. The chosen method of shipping is US Postal Priority mail and the price is $5 per order shipped for the 5x7 or 8x10 mat sizes and $7.50 per order shipped for the 11x14 mat size.

CONDITION:
Your photographic art should reach you in perfect condition. If your art does not arrive to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements for a replacement and/or a refund.

EXCHANGES:
An exchange must take place within thirty days from the purchase date. The item being exchanged must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will gladly exchange it for a comparable item from our gallery.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Refunds (less shipping costs) are made for any items returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition. The merchandise must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date.

GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your purchase will be cheerfully refunded or exchanged.
